How it Works
1
GRAVITY
Assisted
The chain blast muscle system uses chains that are cut to specific lengths to provide a mesaured amount of resistance. By using gravity, you can perform a range of exercises such as shoulder presses, bicep curls, hamstring curls and squats. Adding and removing chains allows you to find the exact amount of weight that works for you.

2
PULLEY
Pulls
Pulleys are a perfect complement to the chain system as it allows you to change the angle of resistance. When using the chains with the hand grips alone, the resistance is directed upwards; however, with a pulley, you can reverse the direction of resistance. Pulley pulls are perfect for hitting the chest and shoulder muscles. You can also use the pulley system for lat pulls and ab crunches.

3
PULLEY
Pushes
A ballanced workout requires you to work all your muscles. With the pulley system, you can perform exercises such as tricep extensions, cable chest presses and shoulder presses. The best part is that you don’t need any special equipment to attach the pulley. You can use a tree, chinup bar, or various everyday structures.
